FAQ
1. Should I use the B-sizer in a special bra?
Usually you yourself will have an idea about your future breast size. Often your surgeon will also suggest a breast size. Many surgeons will also suggest a bra that you will have to wear after the operation. Use the B-sizer in the bra that you will wear after the breast augmentation or in any other bigger bra that you are planning to use.
2. How long should I use the B-sizer?
At least a few days and preferably a few weeks. In the first few days you will chose a certain volume and breast size. But it is known that people get used to the volume and very often add volume after a few days. So use the B-sizer at least a few days before you make a decision about the desired volume and breast size.
3. Why use heated water?
Because the B-sizer will get softer by the use of heated water and will feel much more comfortable.
If you use cold water it will take a while before the B-sizer will have the body temperature.
4. Why do I have to remove the air?
You will not be able to remove all the air from the prothesis.
Try to remove as much as possible so you will get an accurate
volume measurement.
5. How exact do I have to determine the desired volume?
A difference of 10 ml is not really visible. When you should decide to have a breast augmentation your surgeon will chose a prosthesis which will have approximately your chosen volume.
